Treasurers report

Current balance of $63,465 however haven’t paid for tournaments, coaches, etc.
southwest league is paid for

Fundraising report

6 - 9 people from 5-9PM to bartend Friday night.
Erin can’t get contact from Cordells.
Marine CU, Andy’s Main St. auto sending sponser checks (for FAST)

Coaching director

Excited about # and quality of coaches for this year.
Frendlies against Driftless:
* All teams matched up except 12U Brave team
Had a great meet the coaches Starting to get an identity on common language to use with coaches/kids so they know the same lingo. Going to send out the open letter to the famlies.
FAST:
1. shirts: waiting la crescent, west salem numbers to order shirts.
2. U14 girls team would like the Onalaska fields (wellington greens park (off of S)) ( costs $25 )
Possibly use Viking elementary since there won’t be football this fall.

Registrar

184 active members on travel teams
over-rosters on 13/14 and 15/16 girls
Fast registration goes through next week

calendar to be synced to gmail, etc. at some point this year.

Equipment manager

For next year, 8 week lead time for new jerseys is needed.
Question about shorts to purchase.
* kits came with shorts
* if you need shorts, just plain black shorts (adidas parma short if you want to match)
Coaches apparal has been ordered

Tournament director

All tourneys applied, waiting on a couple of teams to be approved. Haven’t heard back from La Crossse.

Open Discussion:

Mindy Ragner brought up parent meetings, Board said that’s been about 3 years since last one, and that one might be necessary.

Parental support (parent reps, coaches, etc.) and voulnteering is higher than before.

Parent Rep requirements:
* communicate games, etc. in the app.
* keep scores, records. (divison, scores)
* in case of over-rostered, send same message(s) to all the players on the team.
* Reach out to other parents/reps for help.
* each team will reserve a block, have parents use that team’s block.
* to attend board meetings.

A Parent asked about meeting date/times, if there was a better time. * Febuary board meeting is where we set the schedule for the following year.

Voting on board members happens in Febuary, any member has a vote.
