Treasurers report

Current balance of $19840 Income statement was sent out to the board. Working on getting 1099’s out in January

Fundraising report

Wrapped up apparal orders Final food truck money arrived.

Coaching director

Winter session:

• Averaging 20 per session, sessions are going great.
• Sunday sessions are having really good turnouts.
• There appears to be serious interest in winter soccer.
  • we should look into one-off events.
    Need to start planning spring.
• Suggesting that boys and girls U11 & U12 to do the SouthWest Classic League
  • cost is ~200 + ref fees.
  • April 23, 30 May 7, 14, 21
  • Try to find at least 2 tourneyments
  • Provides ability to further develop the teams
• U13, 15 boys and girls try to find 3 tourneyments, setting up frendlies.
  • Looking into Minnesota and Iowa for games.
• Could possibly put U15 girls on Tri-Rivers league.

Mission and vision discussion:

Mission Statement:  VYSA is committed to providing a competitive and affordable opportunity for players to develop soccer and lifelong skills.

Vision Statement: Grow competitive soccer in the area by creating a positive environment with high quality training and competitive experiences so players can reach their full potential on and off the field.

Discussion about parental voting will be decided upon by the new board

Jersey discussion
  Adidas Jersey is sublimated, which has been better in the past.
