Follow Ups from September meeting:
- Board Member readouts
- Needing a parent meeting to discuss/educate about the club, expectations, etc.
- Review/revise club goals, mission, values, philosophy etc. as a club.
- 5 year plan (fields, etc.)
- Review bylaws
- Review updated website
- Switch to Google workspace thoughts

Treasurers report
Current balance of $40763
Still need to pay some coaches.
Fundraising report
Finished meat locker raiser, raised $2400.
Launching tomorrow we’ll launch apparel through Nov 1st

Food trucks are sharing some revenue from EOY party.

Inquiry sent out for spring season regarding structure. only 7 so far opted out

Brought up new website idea, and that we won’t loose our Dick’s Sporting goods certificates, discounts for moving sites.
I will send out a link to the board for design approval.

Brought up Google Workplaces. As we are a non-profit corp, we qualify for zero cost. - board approved implementing.
Equipment manager
Games people play working on a couple of options for new jerseys
Need to get equipment back for inventory and check.

Tourneys are complete
Will record scores for next season consideration

Food ready & Coaching Director Meet with coaches at 11
One world one goal raffle at end of celebration.

prepare for changes to spring season (registration, etc.)
Spring programming:
Coaching Director thinks we should join southwest classic league (specifically U10/U11) [ 4 playdates ]
Ben made a point that Tri-Rivers league would be benefitial, since we’d be able to work on more tactics, etc.

A Member asked for a parent meeting (aside from the EOY one), possibly discuss spring plans?
possibly Feburary? (before registration is completed) coincide with annual meeting?
Jonathan Vang expressed interest in helping out on Winter Wednesday soccer.
Andy Olson is exploring the President role, as Pat will be stepping down at end of his term.
