- Field space funding
- Try to get cornfest soccer Tournament (going forward)
- Parents meeting time (December?) to discuss board meetings, voting.

Treasurers report
Current balance of $45987
All tourneys paid
- Kim saved 1500 with discounts on tourneys
- Erin received sponsership checks from Andy’s Auto and Marine CU
Fundraising report
need to finalize holmen meat locker
- board decided $12 is a good price.
- need to have orders back by 2 oct.
- Erin will send out paper copies of order form.
Question was asked about VYSA gear sales through Gameday Supply.
ryan meyer - (who owns) “Greater Than” has done holmen gear in the past.
- Erin is going to look into both and try to time it for tournaments if possible.
Coaching director
Need coaches for FAST mashups.
- current coaches will be at tournaments, putting mashups in geopardy
shirts arrived
Ciatti’s would like to permantently sponser VYSA/FAST.
Loaned out 2 popup bow nets to Andy.

Open Discussion:
Discussion on the games that were played this weekend, level of competition (most were poorly matched).
Question was asked about keeping the teams in the Spring
- idea is to keep the teams the same if at all possible.
Questions about offer letters, and that we don’t mandate a player plays both seasons.
- numerous parents are concerned, confused on the wording. Question about FAST being in jeopardy with COVID #’s rising
- we follow county guidelines
End of year celebration, October 30th
- Time: 11 - 2
- Location: Viking Elementary
- request the Gym to talk with parents
- go over season with parents
- expectations with spring soccer (choices of competetive or rec.)
Winter soccer
- we should reserve the High School gym (Wednesdays after 6)
- Free for the kids
Other option is Sunday soccer from park and rec
Lots of concern over U12 boys teams the attrition, placement and the rotation of players.
Ft. Mcoy asked about soccer balls to donate for the refugees.
November will take board member nominations.

- Look for stronger competetion for Spring (NW district?)
- Spring Friendlies scheduled early
- Need referee assigner (somebody would need to take a course).
- Need a parent meeting to discuss/educate about the club, expectations, etc.
- Revise offer letters (future)
- Review/revise club goals, mission, vlaues, philosophy etc. as a club.
- 5 year plan (fields, etc.)
