There are some coaches to be paid.
Needing to finalize the tax return.
Scholarship account has been asked for. Donors could direct funds to this if they choose.

- We have secured the following:
- Flathead Steves (Saturday until 2 and Sunday all day)
- Sugar Coated (all day both days)
- Monkey Business (all day both days)
Looking for sponsorship for tryouts

Tryout dates, schedule are set.
Discussed tryout shirts w/ numbers on them for tryout purposes that the kids will keep.

Discussed numerous demosphere difficulties, which is out of our control, however coaches can send text or email messages outside of demosphere.
Equipment manager
waiting for some rec jerseys (size small)
Coaches should have received everything they’ve asked for.
General inventory management cleanup.
Some old balls will be donated (one world)
