Treasurer report

Current balance of $56187

• registrations still coming in
• banking info has been setup so Josh can get access
• Jeff motioned to accept the report, Ben seconded it. motion passed

Fundraising report

Reached out to the airport (JD). They are looking into jersey sponsorship (the $4000 spot).

Mayo is looking into adding a $1000 donation.

Discussed spring apparel order for spring season (with Ryan).

Checking into electronic fundraising. will need to look into possible email address usage limits.

• Dan Allind mentioned Kwik Trip cards as an option.

Registrar

Ben is stepping down from Town of Holand board, so we will incur a $30 charge per meeting.

• Board approved the expenditure.

Secretary

Dick’s sporting goods sponsorship

• 1 $250 gift card
• 6 $50 gift cards
• 10 size 4 soccer balls
• 10 size 5 soccer balls

In exchange for 2 email campaigns

Equipment manager

Looked over the inventory, as of now it’s looking good.

Josh met with Chris at Park and Rec.

• They are going to replace a net at countryside (destroyed in storm)
• They’ll replace nets as we see fit.
• Discussed 2 new fields (7 bridges park) around the new Kwik Trip on North side of Holmen, possibility of finding corporate sponsorships.

Open Discussion:

Andy Olson mentioned 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th grade gamboree(s), would like VYSA to run it, including concessions, referees
